I am the natural Mother to 6.5 year old twins, who were born November 2018. My ex wife and I were in a Lesbian relationship for almost 12 years. We finalized our divorce in December 2021. At the time we shared 50/50 custody.

Chronological events
At Age 3.5 years of age, the twins state the Co-Parent is in a new (Lesbian) relationship. This was confirmed in text between Co-parent and I in July 2022. She also informed me her brother was moving in with her along with her new girlfriend in August 2022.

November 2022 twins turn 4. two weeks later, one of the twins requests my oldest of 3 step daughters to draw a Minnie Mouse with a penis, while they were drawing on the driveway using chalk.
(Note: twins were potty training at the time and my household believed the twins were in the midst of self discovery.)

Jan/Feb 2023 one of the twins inquires whether the oldest stepdaughter has a penis butt.

March 2023 co parents partner takes twins to local non profit to go swimming. One of the twins crawls under stall to reach partner. Co parent and partner express their frustration and concern one of the twins is not respecting boundaries, hence crawling under stall. I speak with twins and express respect, boundaries and kindness.

May 2023 transition day, Ring video captures one of the twins screaming for the oldest stepdaughter to help him, screaming and pleading for her to help him from Co parent and partner. His pleas last 45 minutes, before they got the child under control and drove off.

During the months of June-August 2023, Age 4.5, the twins became increasingly aggressive with my wife, 3 step daughters and myself. Grabbing at clothing, trying to see whether we had a penis. They would attempt to lift dresses, skirts, shirts, and even follow us to the restroom to inspect whether we had male genitalia. We would have to constantly reiterate we are biologically females and none of us have any intention on getting a penis. All the while, the twins expressed to us on multiple occasions co parents partner has a penis. This was confirmed by my ex wife at a bi annual Co parent meeting we had scheduled August 2023.

During the conversation, the co parent expressed to me, her partner and her are teaching the children, "Some girls are born with a penis". I was in shock and tried to process the conversation.

One month later, September 2023 while in my custody, co parent had scheduled video chat with twins. One twin expressed boys are born with a penis and girls are born with a vagina. Co parents parenter chimed in on video chat stating, "well bud, some girls are born with a penis". I immediately grabbed the phone and stated the conversation was inappropriate and that was something that should be discussed between the parents before the children.

The following day, I filed a petition for Primary Custody in Travis County, Texas Family Court.

September 2023- filed petition as Pro Se, Petitioner
October 1st, I wrote an email expressing my concern for the children's well being and suggested they attend therapy so they could properly process and express their experiences and concerns. It should also be mentioned, one of the twins expressed absolute dislike for the partner and the partners penis. The child requested the partner go back to their own home.

Early October 2023 Coparent hires an attorney and suggest 3 counseling facilities. Coparent's partner is a Licensed Professional Counselor. In response to their suggestions, I ask if partner has any affiliation with her suggestions for counseling. They refuse to state whether her partner is currently or has been employed by any pf the facilities suggested. They refuse to respond to the question.
Late October 2023 I request a Guardian Ad Litem, to protect the children's best interest and well being.

November 2023, Age 5, we have a hearing requesting Guardian Ad Litem, which is approved. The children attend 3 sessions with a LPC, I found and believed had no affiliation with co parents partner.

December 2023 The twins had a scheduled video chat with me while in the co parents custody. In the video chat, one of the twins expressed being aggressively grabbed in the hall by the co parents partner. Child was excited, stuttered rambling. Co parent immediately chimes in and says no it didn't happen that way. One week later twins were released from attending counseling, due to lack of not having the other parents consent. Twins receive a game called "I need a new butt" from co parents partner.

Jan 2024, still waited to hear from Travis County regarding the appointment of the GAL. By this point it, I had reached put 3 times trying to get the ball rolling and begging to get the twins back into therapy.
Mid Jan, oldest step daughter and twins are on the daily neighborhood walk, when one of the twins runs up behind her and jams their finger in her butt and states, "I won".
Later in the month, My wife found fresh pee in the twins bedroom floor, purposely covered with blankets. This immediate;y heightened our concern for the children. Therefore, I sent out the email to the co parent, their pediatrician, co parent's attorney stressing the children are under duress. That I believed the children were being intimidated, screamed at, aggressively grabbed and more.

Jan 31st, I receive an email from the DRO of Travis County the GAL has finally been appointed a GAL for the twins.

At the beginning of February 2024, co parent and I have a temporary orders hearing, where the co parent openly admits under oath, she and her partner NEVER informed me of the fact
a) partner is a male presenting themselves as female.
b) the twins were exposed to partners male genitalia
c) 5 year old twins feel lied to and became very distrustful of all the women in their life.

at 515pm the same day as the temporary orders hearing, CPS called to inform me that were initiating a screening for emotional abuse on the coparents partner. I signed the acknowledgement and waited for information.

Feb 22nd, 2024 I have my initial interview with GAL. The co parent had her initial interview with the GAL the day before.
during the interview I expressed my ex wife possibly suffered from Munchhausen by proxy and I further believed she suffered from Sandusky Wife syndrome; the predator lives in your home and yet you refuse to believe or you are complacent in your partners behavior.

To further explain, I believe the partner attempted to groom the twins. However, the twins were learning to communicate and express themselves. The more the twins expressed, the more I asked questions in emails and texts, documenting every concern and incident. at this point well over 3000 pages of documents. Due to the twins abilities to communicate and advocate for themselves, the grooming turned into aggression towards the kids. One of the twins openly expressed their dislike and discomfort towards the partner on numerous occasions. Anytime the twins would express their experiences with the co parent about the partner, it would be dismissed, this is still ongoing.

March/April 2024 one of the twins expressed the partner is a witch. The partner can use magic and they are scared. Again I email concerns and beg that someone look into this. Why? If co parents partner is a LPC, licensed to counsel pre teen adolescents and others, while specializing in gender dysphoria and sex therapy. RED FLAGS are going off. Especially when one of the kids states the partner asked them to keep a secret. If they could keep the secret, they would receive special powers at the age of 11. I had to express to the twins partner had no magic and there was nothing to be scared of.

At this point the GAL agreed twins need to be in therapy.
a) I live in Kyle, Hays, Texas, Co parent lives in Round Rock, Williamson, Texas. The main freeway is IH35 and it easily takes an hour to travel anywhere north of the river from Kyle. Austin, Travis, Texas is central to both the co parent and I. However, co parent and GAL decided the only acceptable therapist is 16 miles west of my ex wife near the north border of north Austin adn Cedar Park. It takes us 55 minutes from my house to arrive at the therapist house.

I have multiple emails begging for something more central to both of our residence. The GAL refused. I mentioned the magic and secrets, I was told I was making a big deal out of nothing. The GAL further told me, CPS found nothing, kids will be kids and that I'm a liar and TRANSPHOBIC.

She even called to tell me I looked crazy and I needed to get a grip. Then sent me a photo with a picture of the partner and one of my kids as high importance to tell me just how wonderful their relationship really was. I was in complete shock.

In response, I emailed the GAL, the GAL supervisor and expressed to concern the GAL is biased against me, slandered my name and furthermore has endangered my twins because she's choosing transgender rights over protecting the children's best interest and well being.

June 26th, 2024 the GAL e filed her Amended Child Custody Evaluation, where she suggested my ex wife get primary custody, have the children stop therapy, request I see a therapist.

July 1st, we had our final hearing, where the Judge awarded the my ex wife primary custody, he kept the children in therapy and ordered an injunction on talking about the partners male genitalia.
It's like the DRO ok'd grooming and then stated, I was a liar.

Sad part, August 2024 one of the twins made an outcry of physical abuse, when they described sitting indian style and refusing to mind the partner. In response, partner picked up 5.5 year old kid and slammed them down while sitting indian style to get the kid to undo the sitting position. The child expressed it to their therapist, me and anyone who would listen.
Twins start Kindergarten.

September 2024 partner and same child were arguing. PArtner told child i was a liar. Anytime my children ask about the co partners partner's journey, I explain partner was born a male, and at some point they made a decision to change their name and to live as a woman. However during the argument between child and partner, partner grabbed child hurting the child, to where the partner had to apologize for hurting the child. Again I requested clarification and more information.

November 18th, 2024, my wife and i were taking the kids to their scheduled therapist appointment. On the way the twins are if they could tell us something. One of the children started describing the other child was aggressively picked up by the neck, and then was slammed down on their bed, hurting the child's back. I was flabbergasted and asked the other child is this happened. They nodded and described the incident. I told them they had to tell the therapist. They did and even one demonstrated the incident using legos.

The following day, I reported the incident to CPS and to the Round Rock Police department. In March 2025 I received the report where it stated, CPS spoke with the Guardian Ad Litem of Travis County where she again said I was a liar and transphobic. The therapist comments to the RRPD detective, when the kid illustrated with the legos it was performative and not believed. Although co parent and partner acknowledged yes the incident happened but just not as the kids say it happened. RED FLAGS!!!!

One week later Twins turned 6 years old November 2024.
I did not see the kids for 3 weeks from the last week of December to Jan 16th, 2025. According to their therapist, the children say nothing has happened since the slamming down incident. I use the January email from their therapist to file a new Petition to Modify Primary Custody within One year due to the two outcries of abuse on February 7th, 2025.

May 12th, 2025 we have a Temporary Orders hearing where the Judge states, I have not met the standard to change primary custody. However, order no 3rd party can use corporal punishment on the children.

At this point my Twins need a HERO. As Pro Se Petitioner, I'm not versed enough in Family Law, transgendered rights vs Children's rights. My kids are begging for anyone to listen to help them advocate for themselves out of the circumstances that have been forced upon them.
